2581716 - LMS - Java Stack Error when user clicks on direct link for unpublished report

This KBA article provide information for administrators to resolve particular problem when users accessing unpublished reports via direct link.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System

• Unpublish any standard user report (Example: Learning History).
• Create Direct Link for Learning history report: https://XXXXXX.plateau.com/learning/user/deeplink_redirect.jsp?linkId=REPORTS&selectorName=PsaUserLearningHistory&nativelogin=y (System Admin > Tools > Direct Link)
• Click on the above link and login as user. You will see below stack error in both integrated and stand alone LMS.

This issue is happening due to user accessing unpublished report.

• Login as Successfactors Learning Administrator.
• Navigate to Reports tab.
• Click on the report causing the problem and publish the report will resolve the problem.
