2581800 - Print Preview Of External Document Missing In Document Flow on an Order/Quote in C4C

Link to generate the external print preview of an external document is missing under Document flow but available in the Accounts -> External Follow-up Documents view

• SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Customer Work center
2. Go to Accounts view, open any account
3. Go to External Followup Documents facet
4. You can see the link available to click on External Document number of an Order/Quote
5. Click the link and you an see the print preview generated from external system
6. Go to Sales Work center
7. Open any Sales Order / Sales Quote that is replicated to/from external system(ERP/CRM/S4H)
8. Go to Document Flow facet
9. You can see the link is missing on External Document number

1. Once the order/quote confirmation is sent to C4C, External ID will be updated and the link will be automatically enabled in the External Documents view of Account.
2. Incase of Document flow in the relevant object, for the link to enabled - you will need successful response of the document flow from external system

1. Configure the communication arrangement for Document Flow Request.
2. Upon successful configuration, as soon as you navigate to document flow a runtime query gets generated to request the document flow from external system
3. If the response is successful, you will be able to click an icon(pdf icon) which will then generate print preview from external system
