Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
Reproducing the Issue
To identify your Goal view:
- Go to the Goal Plan
- Select the "Display" drop-down
- Check whether the "Aligned up" and "Aligned down" settings are checked by default:
Cause
In the Goal Plan XML Template, the default view can be switched on or off.
Resolution
To determine the default view of the Aligned Up and Aligned Down settings in the Goal Plan:
- Download the Goal Plan XML Template in Provisioning;
- Search "cascade-child-viewdefault" or "cascade-parent-viewdefault";
- Change to cascade-child-viewdefault="on” to turn the view on by default;
- Navigate to Goal Plan and note the changes made to the default Goal Plan.
NOTE:
- cascade-parent-viewdefault="on" means that the checkbox next to "Aligned Up" is checked by default
- cascade-child-viewdefault="on” means that checkbox next to "Aligned down" is checked by default
In order to make changes in the XML, please contact your Implementation Partner.
