2582189 - Number of Decimal Places in Sales Quote Pricing Cannot Be Changed

You would like to enter x number of decimals for the pricing related fields in sales quotes, but you can only enter fewer decimals.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open any sales quote.
4. Observe the pricing related fields.

Result: You see that there are only x number of decimals displayed for pricing on the header and on the Products facet.

All currencies are predefined according to ISO code list 4217.

This is expected system behaviour.

You can check the predefined number of decimals in Business Configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Fine Tuning Activity.
3. Go to Built-in Services and Support:
   Business Environment: Units, Rates, and Cross-Application Data: Currencies.

Result: You can see all predefined decimals for currencies.
