Any notification VCAL attachments show the syntax tags instead of normal invite appearance.

If the VCAL template is with its standard values, the internal company email provider is stripping the attachment causing it to break.

The cause can be confirmed by sending the notification to a public or different email provider and downloading the ICS or VCAL and opening with your current internal company email application. If it appears fine, consult your internal email administrator.

Otherwise a case can be opened with SAP Support to further investigate.
