2582418 - timeslice infected at dmap__find_lpage when restoring an archive database - SAP ASE

Symptom

User myusername in database archivedb has suid 15947, which is the same as the suid of the DBO (as defined in Sysdatabases). User myusername will be given suid -99.

When all load transactions have been completed for database archivedb, user myusername should be given the next available suid.
