2582485 - Status is not saved for header and/or error CRM_ORDERADM_H012

Symptom

  • Create a CRM document and save it. Open the document again and you find that status field is empty. Open the document in report CRM_ORDER_READ, there is no status read in ET_STATUS. There is no entry in CRM_JEST neither.
  • In solution manager, saving a ticket leads to error CRM_ORDERADM_H 012 Transaction with the transaction number '&1' is not available or archived.
  • You may have similar issue on item level.
