2582644 - "User Switch Is Not Possible" error in SM58/SMQ1/SMQ2 entry

Symptom

Either tRFC or qRFC mechanism is affected and the message "User Switch Is Not Possible" is shown.

  • Transactions SMQ1 or SMQ2: There are qRFC queues in SYSFAIL status, when the queue is selected, the error "User Switch Is Not Possible" is shown.

  • Transaction SM58: There are tRFC entries with error "User Switch Is Not Possible".
