2582695 - Unenrollment notification with ICS instead of VCAL

User receives ICS attachment when withdrawing from a Class. However, all settings are configured to receive only calendar invite.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

1. Create a class.
2. Navigate to the user side and enroll this test user on the class. This will trigger enrollment notification with calendar invite.
3. As a user, withdraw from the class.
4. Withdraw notification will be triggered with ICS attachment, not calendar invite.

The VCAL template for the unenrollment notification was customized.
