2582858 - Warning message V1499 does not prevent over-quantity for return orders

Symptom

When creating multiple returns with reference to invoice, and  if the total returned quantity exceeds the original invoice quantity, system only issues a warning message V1499 "There are already returns for item &1: &2 &3".

Since this is a warning message (type W), it does not block the the creation of return order and the user is able to save the return order even when the returned quantity exceed the invoiced quantity.
