• Desktop (theme, framework page) displayed at runtime is different from the one assigned to the user.
  For e.g. Portal is displayed with SAP_tradeshowplus theme instead of expected custom theme.
• Rule, assigning the desktop to the user, has been created in the Master Rule Collection.
