2583044 - S\4 Hana Cash Management : Treasury deals are getting updated in (FQM_FLOW) / Override standard Flow type

Symptom

1) Transactions are getting updated in Cash Management(FQM_FLOW) even though flag "Relevant to CM" is not flagged ( Valid on 1610 release system only)

2) Override system updated flow type to non-cash relevant. ( Valid for all release )
