2583092 - Business Residence missing in Bill-to Party while creating Supplier Invoice

You are unable to find Business Residence in Bill-to Party while creating a new Supplier Invoice.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supplier Invoicing
2. Select New Invoice Without Purchase Order
3. Select the Buying Company
4. Bill-to Party will be automatically selected as the Company.

If you open the value help of Bill-to Party, you cannot search the Business Residences under this Company.

It is impossible to select the Bill-to Address of the Business Residence because there is only one Bill-to Party for each Company and it will be maintained at the Company level itself.

In the Organization Structure, you can create Bill-to Address only at Company level. You do not have an option to create it at sub levels.

Every time after you select the company in the Supplier Invoice/ Purchase Order, the Bill-to Party field will be automatically populated as per the Buying Company name.

This is the standard system behavior.
