2583136 - "View History" is shown as button other than link in "You can also:" area

Symptom

EP get upgraded from 7.0x release to 7.1x onwards release. Then you notice "View History" link is not shown in "You can also:" area after task get opened. Then you followed note 1803438 to make it shows up, but you found it shown as button other other than link in "You can also:" area. See following image as example.
