2583164 - Connection failure via SharedMemory by local dbisql with "eng" parameter - SAP IQ

Symptom

When you try to connect to IQ server via SharedMemory with "eng" parameter using local dbisql, following error returns.

$ dbisql -nogui -c 'uid=dba;pwd=sql;eng=HPIA16'
Could not connect to the database.
Database server not found
SQLCODE=-100, ODBC 3 State="08001"

Of course, you can connect to IQ server by using additional connection parameters like "host" and "port" in this case.

$ dbisql -nogui -c 'uid=dba;pwd=sql;eng=HPIA16;host=10.10.10.10;port=4444'
(DBA)>

But you want to connect to IQ server with only "eng" connection parameter.
