2583266 - How to correct syntax errors in a class after SP upgrade by doing a clean up

Symptom

You have upgraded your Support Package level. After doing that you get a syntax error in a class with a statement similar to:
" Method "*" is not declared or inherited in class "*"     "

EXAMPLE:

Category ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors SYNTAX_ERROR
ABAP Program CL_AGS_RI_FILTER_SET==========CP
Application Component SV-SMG-MON-BPM-ANA
Date and Time 07.10.2019 10:32:18

Method "BROWSE_FILTER" is not declared or inherited in class "CL_AGS_RI_FILTER_SET".
