2583315 - Error: Sales org. and Distribution Channel Must be Specified for Sales Division

Symptom

While replicating Business Partner from ERP system to C4C system, message got stuck in Web Service Message Monitoring with Application error Sales org. and Distribution Channel Must be Specified for Sales Division. 

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the Web Service Message Monitoring view.
  3. Find the relevant message.
  4. Select the Message & view the error. 

Cause

Reason for error is ID Mapping of ERP Sales Organizations is not added in the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the ID Mapping for Integration view.
  3. Select Mapping of ERP Sales Organization & relevant System Instance ID.
  4. Maintain External ID of corresponding local ID.
