Symptom
An E-mail Activity was created via workflow rule and you noticed that the "From" field has an address different than the one maintained as "Sender" in the workflow rule.

Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to the Activities work center.
- Go to the E-mails view.
- Open an e-mail created via workflow rule.
- You noticed that the "From" field has an address different than the one maintained as "Sender" in the workflow rule.
Resolution
This is current behaviour of SAP Cloud for Customer.
