2583405 - Application Error when trying to run report having Custom Learning Activity Column

User get's an error when trying to run a report which has custom learning activity column.

1. Create a report with custom learning activity columns as an admin and share it with user's.

 2. Proxy as the user and then try to run the report.

 3. You receive an error:

Error is because the user does not have permission to view the learning activity template.

Grant permission to the user to view the learning activity template via RBP:

Go to Admin Center-->Manager permission role-->Select the role-->Goals-->Select the Learning template associated with development plan-->Save.
