2583925 - KD111 when attempting to enter a new Settlement rule

Symptom

A user entered a percentage (%) based settlement in a previous month and Equivalence based rule a few months previous. You enter an 'end' date in the validity period but you did not enter in the "From" field in the Settlement rule.  Now on attempting to enter a new Settlement rule on the same WBS element, you receive an error - "Rules *** and ### contradict each other in the settlement share. Message No. KD111 "Rules & and & contradict each other in the settlement share" is displayed. You want to put a finite validity period (From and To period) but you are not allowed to edit the rules and save.
