2583954 - In Set Bonus Calculation Rating Source: 'Only use completed forms' reloads as checked even if saved as unchecked - Variable Pay

In Set Bonus Calculation page you uncheck 'Only use completed forms' checkbox for Individual and Team Rating Source and Save however once the screen reloads upon saving the checkbox is still checked, not unchecked as Saved.

This is the expected feature behvior.

The use of that option is to flag the selected template to only consider completed forms launched using the selected template.

Example: I selected the PM Template “Performance Evaluation” since I want to use completed forms only – I left the checkbox “Only use completed forms” checked and then selected the rating to be the ‘Overall’ one. Result highlighted in yellow. Notice the * next to the template name, that is the indicator that when you click 'Add Form' button the checkbox 'Only use completed forms' is checked. If this is not present then you left the checkbox unchecked when you did 'Add Form'.

That checkbox will always be checked upon Save and will not affect the already added/defined template and rating.
