2584021 - SSL Certificates for connecting to Gmail, Amazon SES for BI Platform

Symptom

  • Trying to configure SSL for Email following KBA 2263613 or KBA 2540416
  • Need certificates for connecting to Amazon SES, Gmail, Outlook/Office 365
  • Schedules fail with error in logs "Failed to connect to SMTP server: SSL negotiation has failed during setup of the SMTP server connection, please ensure your SSL configuration is correct on both the client and the server."
