2584039 - Job Location data retrived from Position has special character issue

When Job Location data retrived from Position loaded to the user's profile, has special character issue.

Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Create a new Position(under Users-> Position -> Add New)
2. Add apostrophe (’) symbol for Job Location       

3.  Run User Connector with below values in the feed file:

    NOTACTIVE|STUD_ID|POS_NUM_ID!##!

    N|USER1234|POS50014079!##!

4.  After successful job completion, we could see that special character (&#) got created for user Job Location instead of apostrophe (‘) symbol:

Engineering Team confirmed that the issue is due to a defect in the Application.

This issue will be fixed with b1802 release with Defect # LRN-28068.
