• You have an on-premise Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) scenario using a SOAP Receiver adapter which is connecting to C4C
• The SOAP request does not reach C4C
• The SOAP Adapter receives an invalid content-type response
• The communication between the two parties fails with the error:
  SOAP: Call failed: java.io.IOException: HTTP Error response for SOAP request or invalid content-type.; HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
