Symptom

  • You are running SAP Contact Center with an Integration Virtual Unit
  • The VU starts but in warning mode with the yellow exclamation mark
  • In the OII logs, there are many ERR> (Status) EnumQueues errors in the logs
    • ERR> (Status) EnumQueues: diffSent=#####  diffReceived=##### delay=10000 errors
