Information about the Provisioning Jobs for Adhoc Reports.

Employee Central - Reports

There are two jobs in Provisionig related to Adhoc report :

1. Adhoc Reports Export
2. Adhoc Reports Export Offline

1. Adhoc Reports Export - This is a schedule job. When you want a report to run every day, you can schedule from this job. All the report names created in the instance will be shown when you create this job. You can select the report name created in the instance and run it on recurring mode.
   
   Hence, the logs of such schedule jobs are available in Adhoc Reports Export. In the below screenshot, you will be able to find all saved reports in instance under Report ID field.
   
2. Adhoc Reports Export Offline - Create an Adhoc report in the instance and save it. Go to the saved report and you will see 4 options - Run offline, Run online, Download and Export. If you run the report offline, then in the Provisioning you will be able to see it under 'Adhoc Reports Export Offline' job.

Hence, the logs of offline reports are available in Adhoc Reports Export Offline.

Note : We won’t be able to fetch logs for other three options – Run Online, Download and Export. For this, we (SAP Cloud Product Support Team) shall have to contact engineering team.
