2584234 - How to run reports for subordinates?

A Learning manager would like to run a report to check its subordinates development.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

To run the report, in the Learning user side, click:

1. My Team tile > "Reports" option from the Manager Links tile >
2. Select the desired report and its type >
3. Select the desired report population through the "User" radio button option >
4. Click "Run Report".
   
   

 Note: Learning managers can only run the report. There is currently no option to schedule a report to be delivered at certain periods of time.

The radio buttons above are controlled by the setting described in the SAP Note below. Review it to better understand how this works.
