How to rename the Employee or People Profile name / tab from the dropdown menu?

Click on the drop-down menu under Home

The Employee Profile Menu has two keys: one for employees and one for managers.

COMMON_EMP_EMPLOYEE_FILES_TAB: key for "Employee Profile" dropdown for Employees
COMMON_EMPLOYEE_FILES_TAB: key for "Employee Profile" dropdown for Managers

For rename, follow:

1. Go to: Text Replacement
2. Select key "COMMON_EMP_EMPLOYEE_FILES_TAB" and input the label you want it to display for employees
3. Select key "COMMON_EMPLOYEE_FILES_TAB" and input the label you want it to display for managers
   
4. Save
5. Logout and login

This label can also be renamed using Manage Languages feature.

The label is now renamed with the new modification.
