Resolution
Only the quick guide creator can delete/unpublish it.
The LMS admin can launch proxy through the quick guide creator to have it deleted/unpublished.
The quick guide creator name is shown under the quick guide name displayed in the catalog search. It is shown like this: "By creator name".
