2584487 - Required file K-740BHINSAPUI.SAR is not visible for your user Sxxxxxxxxxx

Symptom

When using Maintenance Planner to plan an upgrade/update for your system and get below error :

"Validation went unsuccessful.

Required file K-740BHINSAPUI.SAR is not visible for your user Sxxxxxxxxxx"

Or you want to select USER INTERFACE TECHNOLOGY 7.40 (SAP_UI 740) but could not find this option in the step of "Select OS/DB dependent files"

Similar issue may also happen on other SAP_UI versions(7.50, 7.51, 7.52, 7.53 etc) that has been out of maintenance.
