Symptom
- Support user access is not enabled by the customer. Contact the customer Security Administrator to enable the access.
- In order to research CI-DS related issues, with customers' approval SAP Support engineer can use SAP internally generated users to logon customer system. There is no need to add SAP Support engineers' email account to customers' tenant anymore. Default setting is "allowed".
