Symptom
- Support user access is not enabled by the customer. Contact the customer Security Administrator to enable the access.
- In order to research CI-DS related issues and with customers' approval (in the form of activating this CI-DS setting), an SAP Support engineer can generate a temporary user to logon customer system.
- With this setting enabled, there is no need to create personal accounts for an SAP Support engineer.
- It is helpful to enable the setting permanently, to allow for a more seamless experience with SAP Support.
