2584640 - Year to Date Always Follows the Current Date Value to Display the Year to Date Value in Statutory Report - Balance Sheet and Income Statement - China

In the Statutory Report - Balance Sheet and Income Statement - China, Year to Date does not always follows the Year to Date value of the defined period in the reporting.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to General Ledger Work Center
2. Go to Period Tasks View
3. Go to Statutory Reports Sub View
4. Open the Report Balance Sheet and Inc. Statement - China
5. You check the the Income statement and observe that Year to Date value is not Year to Date (As an example - July Value) as period selection now is Until July as an example

The Compare with Year to Date check box is not checked and the period is not specified.

If you want Year to date should always follow the Year to Date value of the defined period in the reporting then you have to uncheck the Compare with Year to Date box and specify the period.

1. Go to General Ledger Work Center
2. Go to Period Tasks View
3. Go to Statutory Reports Sub View
4. Open the Report Balance Sheet and Inc. Statement - China
5. Edit the Run
6. Under Income Statement Selection menu uncheck the check box 'Compare with Year to Date' and also maintain the Period From/To date
