2584703 - Unable to Upload an Attachment of size more than 2MB in Offline

In Offline mode, unable to upload an attachment which is of size more than 2MB.

Extended App

1. Log in to App.
2. Sync the data.
3. Go Offline.
4. Go to any work center view and open a record.
5. Go to Attachment tab.
6. Click on Add.
7. Upload an attachement which is of more than 2MB, system does not allow.

In offline, when uploading file attachments, each file has a maximum file size of only 2MB.

This is the current system behavior.
