2584819 - SSL_ERRORS generated during SAP Work Manager 6.4 Emergency Work Order Push

Symptom

  • The following SSL error is displayed in SAP ICM monitor tool.:

       ERROR during SecuSSL_SessionStart() from SSL_connnect()==SSL_ERROR_CONNECTION_LOST

  • As a result, the SAP Work Manager emergency push workorder with assignment type 4 is not sent to the SMP server.
