2584865 - Default Values Are Not Working as Expected in Code List Restriction.

Defaulting values for code list restrictions not working if the value is filled already in the field and it’s only working when the field is empty.

If the field has a value filled already then defaulting does not work.

• This is the expected system behavior. If the value is filled already then defaulting does not work, it works only if it is for a fresh trigger of that field when it's empty.
• If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
