2584915 - Employees Not Displayed in Basic Search Results of Time Sheet View

You, as time administrator, notice that employees are missing in the basic search results of the Time Sheet view in the Time Administration work center.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Go to the Time Sheet view.
3. Query for an employee using the basic search functionality
4. The system displays the message 'No Results Found'.

The basic search functionality for employees in the Time Sheet view is country-specific and defaults to the country of the time administrators company. If more than one country is scoped in the system, the basic search may not provide any results. In such cases the Country field in the Advanced search functionality needs to be supplied when executing the query.

To search for the employees, use the following steps:

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Time Sheet view.
3. On the right corner of the screen, click Advanced or use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + G.
4. Under Employment, select the relevant country in the drop-down field Country.
5. Add the information for the employees to be found and click Go or press Enter.
6. The employees will be displayed.
