2584954 - Telephone number is not changed for emergency contact in ESS (Canada only)

Symptom

  • You attempt to change an already existing telephone number for an emergency contact in ESS and save it.
  • Although the system issues a message informing the record was saved, the new telephone number is not updated, and the system displays the old telephone number on the screen.
  • This issue only happens for Canada employees.
