2585027 - Accessing AS Java ends with "ICM running but no server with HTTP connected" while serverX is running status

Confirmed serverX nodes have 'Running' status via SAPMMC or sapcontrol command, however accessing AS Java ends with error like following image.

When check dev_icm log, following log can be seen:

If access link http://<Java Message Server host>:81<Java Message Server instance number>/msgserver/text/logon could see there is no 'J2EE' item show up for affected instance like following image:
