Resolution
Pre-requisition: user must has one of the DRM/DRTM related permission(s):
- Create Legacy Data Purge Request;
- Manage and Approve Legacy Data Purge Request;
- Create DRTM Data Purge Request;
- Manage and Approve DRTM Data Purge Request.
For DRTM/DRM purge:
The purge creator and purge approver (who must have at least on of above permissions) will receive purge completion email:

For one-time purge requests, the purge creator and specified approvers receive an email notification when the preview report is ready and the purge request is pending final approval.

For scheduled purge requests, the purge creator, the person that schedule the purge and specified approvers receive an email notification when the purge request is pending initial approval.
(Note: From 2H 2025 release, for scheduled purge requests, the user who created the draft, the user who scheduled it, and the approvers all receive email notifications. For more detail, please refer to the WNV link: Enhancements to Data Retention Management)
For System Identifier purge (Permanent Purge):
Not only purge creator and purge approver, any user with one of the create or manage permissions in the permission category Manage Data Purge will receive email notifications of the purge results.
