Resolution
Prerequisition: user must has one of the DRM/DRTM related permission(s):
- Create Legacy Data Purge Request;
- Manage and Approve Legacy Data Purge Request;
- Create DRTM Data Purge Request;
- Manage and Approve DRTM Data Purge Request.
For DRTM/DRM purge:
The purge creater and purge approver (who must have at least on of above permissions) will receive purge completion email:

For one-time purge requests, the purge creator and specified approvers receive an email notification when the preview report is ready and the purge request is pending final approval.

For scheduled purge requests, the purge creator and specified approvers receive an email notification when the purge request is pending initial approval.
For System Identifier purge (Permanent Purge):
Not only purge creator and purge approver, any user with one of the create or manage permissions in the permission category Manage Data Purge will receive email notifications of the purge results.
