2585172 - How to Display Hiring Manager Name in Panel or Notification - Onboarding 1.0

Hiring Manager name does not populate in the field in Onboarding, instead it shows the user ID. See sample screenshot for visual help.

Hiring Manager is passed from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or External ATS system

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding 1.0
2. Take and open activity of candidate
3. In the panel where Hiring Manager shows the user ID instead of complete name 

The field type use for Hiring Manager key is text box.

Instruction

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding 1.0 > Settings > Panels
2. Find the target processes and choose the step where the panel is located
   
   
   
   
3. Instead of using text box as field type, use 'User List'
4. In the key properties, add HiringManager and to show the name in the panel, add display key property e.g. HiringManagerFullName
   
   
   
   
5. Ensure to select Named User Type as Hiring Manager and what group of users will populate in the dropdown.
