2585198 - Error : Operation Not Possible; Purchase Order Already Being Processed

Symptom

When you try to create a new goods and service receipt for the Purchase Order XYZ, you encounter the error message : "Operation not possible; purchase order XYZ already being processed" (XYZ refers to purchase order ID)
