2585270 - How to Request to Increase System Performance for Initial Load

You plan to perform initial load in your Cloud for Customer system (C4C) during which you wish to send a large amount of data to C4C.

• SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer
• SAP ERP
• SAP CRM
• SAP S4HANA

We can request additional performance for the initial load from our Hosting team. In order for us to do that, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Open an case from the C4C tenant you wish to send the data.
2. Include the following details regarding the initial load when you open the case:

• Start date and time
• End date and time
• Type and amount of data you plan to send (in case there is more than one type, please, list all of them along with the amount)
• Confirm C4C system URL
