2585377 - Configurable memory for 32 bit ASE on Windows

Symptom

  • ASE cannot be configured with more than 4GB of memory
  • sp_configure returns that ASE can only have 2097151 pages of memory:

sp_configure 'max memory', 5000000
go

Illegal value '5000000' specified for configuration option 'max memory'. The legal values are between '72704' and '2097151'.
