2585392 - Wrong Name Displayed in Delivery Address Copied From Recipient in Shopping Cart

You are creating a new Shopping Cart via Go Shopping (Advanced). You notice that under the Delivery Address copied from Recipient, the name of another user appears.

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Self-Services Overview view.
3. Click Go Shopping (Advanced).

Under the Delivery Address copied from Recipient, the name of another user appears.

Address defaulting is a feature that helps the user retain the address change that was done while creating the last Shopping Cart. When creating a Shopping Cart, the address will be pulled from the master data. If you change data in the delivery address and request the Shopping Cart, the next time you try to create a Shopping Cart the same changed address will be defaulted.

This is expected system behaviour.

If you need the original name and address, you can remove the name from the Recipient, add it again and press Enter. This will refresh the defaulting and the address from master data would be displayed. Also, if there are changes done to address in master data user should follow same steps to overwrite default address.
