Symptom

  • The following error is encountered when entering credentials for a user for a landscape in BI Administation Console (http://<HOST>:<PORT>/BOE/BIAdminConsole) -> Landscape Management
    Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
  • The same credentials used are valid for Central Management Console (CMC) and BI Launch pad (BILP)
