2585580 - Program withdrwal button doesn't showup for employees.

Employees / users  can't remove programs from their learning plan.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

If programs are assigned by admins to the employees / users , Withdraw option won't appear in the program for the users.

If user Self Assign / enroll into any program , then users / employee will be able to remove programs using withdraw option as shown below.
