Symptom

  • It is not possible to print in FC web Legacy  and HTML5 clients with the error message "Error processing print request".
  • The following traces are logged in CtServer log:

ERROR schedule.printing - PrintInMetafileDC return false, CreateEnhanced failed

ERROR Operation_server_win32 - 000060850226B37E CPrintingRequestHandler::PrintCurrentDocument @ PrintingRequestHandler.cpp #366 Uncaught Exception Detected

ERROR business - Error while processing request for service Cartesis.Magnitude.Operation.Printing.PrintingServices: Operation aborted
