2585776 - Issues with RMK job link preview on social networks - Recruiting Marketing

Recruiters usually post jobs on Social Networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc. The normal procedure is to use a short URL that is resolved on the page where jobs from a specific location are offered. In this process, the recruiter normally pastes the link on the publication and a preview link or preview content is presented as shown in the screenshot below. For LinkedIn, in some cases, the location is shown in the preview link. On the other hand Facebook doesn't show the location.

1. Access the Social Network web site or use an app (e.g. LinkedIn);
2. Create a new publication;
3. Before posting it, paste the link to the job;
4. Verify the preview link.

The preview link should faithfully preview the link's actual content.

The link resolution is performed by the social network used to post the jobs.
In the example above, LinkedIn is responsible to analyze the link and create the preview.
If any specific element of the preview (e.g. location) isn't shown correctly, please contact the social network you're using to post jobs.
