2585868 - New functionality missing after upgrade of BusinessObjects

Symptom

  • After upgrading SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform, new functionality is missing (e.g. Upgrade of 4.1->4.2 is missing Recycle Bin/Administrator Cockpit etc)

AND

  • The following message is found in the setupengine.log of the update
    Ignoring <SIA NodeName> because it is not present in the CMS cluster. You will need to run AddNode -update on this node manually.
