2585887 - Business Rule does not edit custom field

• I created a cross portlet business rule, and it is not setting the value to my custom field
• How can I set a default value for a custom field that is referencing the ISOCountry picklist?

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
• Employee Central

1. Create a custom string field in compInfo that references the ISOCountry Picklist >> This field must have Visibility = Edit
2. Create a business rule - Use Compensation Information Model as the Base Object
   This rule is always true
   Then
         Set Compensation Information Model.Country.Value to be equal to Compensation Information Model.Employment Details Model.Job Information Model.Country.Value
3. Set this rule as an onChange in the Details of the 'pay-type' object (as in my example, I want the value to be populated for 'Country' when I select a 'pay-type'.
